Using sauna and cold plunge to facilitate the healing power of human connection.

Montana Sauna Co. is a wellness experience I conceptualized, designed, and launched with my business parter. Drawing from my background in design and health/wellness, I  created the company and culture—from building the physical spaces and the brand to designing saunas, launching the website, marketing, and running operations.

This project was born from a desire to create tangible spaces that promote presence, community, and connection to the natural world. It challenged me to merge storytelling with systems thinking, and to apply design across physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
